As many of you know, since the start of the academic year Booth UC has been delivering classes online, with limited face-to-face interaction. With the continued health and safety of the entire community in mind, we have made the decision to continue this format for the winter term.
“The success of the fall term, as well as the continued desire to keep everyone safe, is what led us to make this decision,” explains Dr. Michael Boyce, VP Academic and Dean. “Booth UC leadership continuously discusses the best way to serve our students during this time, and virtual delivery remains our preferred method.”
Campus and library access will also continue to remain limited to students, faculty and staff, with mandatory mask use in place for all common areas. Anyone coming to campus is required to complete a self-screening declaration before entering and must adhere to social distancing guidelines posted throughout campus.
We look forward to the day when our campus is active and bustling with students once again. Although we are not sure when that will be, we continue to be thankful for the dedication of our students and the support of the entire Booth UC community.
