Affordable Student Housing

Booth University College offers students who are attending other post-secondary institutions in Winnipeg with an affordable, convenient housing solution. While priority is given to Booth University College students, if space is available we open our residence rooms to other students on a first-come, first served basis.

Every room is furnished with a twin bed, desk, shelves and a large closet which includes more shelves and drawers. Each floor is gender-specific with a recently renovated bathroom, as well as a shared space that includes an eating area and a relaxing TV lounge area. There is also a full kitchen on the third floor available to all residence students to use. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited. Please refer to our Residence Handbook (above) for all policies, rules and expectations.

Rooms are available for rent in two terms:

  1. September through April: The monthly rental of these rooms includes a Monday-Friday meal plan (lunch and supper included).
  2. May through August: Room only. No meal plan is available during this term.

For details, please view our University Housing Fee Schedule.

If you are interested in applying for our University Housing program, please contact our Student Services Coordinator, Derek Loeppky. Note: you will be required to provide proof from your post-secondary institution that you are a current student.
