All classes, services and programs have virtual participation options.

Booth University College remains committed to the health and safety of our campus community. This Bulletin is effective April 22, 2023, and will remain in effect going forward.

Booth University College, as of April 22, 2023, will lift all Covid-19 restrictions including the requirement for masks to be worn for anyone coming to campus (employees, students, contractors and visitors).
However, we respect the choice of any individual who chooses to continue to wear a mask.
Masks and Rapid Tests will continue to be available at the Student Services Information Desk.

While Covid-19 restrictions are being lifted, a number of safety practices will remain going forward.

ACADEMIC
Delivery

Course delivery continues to be a blended model. This includes both in-person and virtual teaching simultaneously. Select courses are offered on a synchronous virtual basis only.

Library
The library is open to the public.

School for Continuing Studies
The School for Continuing Studies continues to offer fully online, asynchronous courses.

STUDENT SERVICES
Supports

Students may access support from Student Services both in-person and virtually. Students may contact any Student Services staff members directly or through the Student Services Information Desk. E-mail: StudentServices@BoothUC.ca; Phone: 204-947-6701.

The Academic Learning Center is open for both in-person and virtual appointments. Appointments can be made using the ALC scheduling site: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=13403925.
International Students

International students arriving in Winnipeg should be in contact with the Student Services Coordinator at least two weeks prior to their arrival date to ensure appropriate support is given in a timely fashion. E-mail: Matthew.Peters@BoothUC.ca

Events
Students may plan and host events on campus with approval from Student Services.

HOSPITALITY
The Bistro is open.
All outside rental requests will be considered.

FACILITIES
Booth UC is open to the public during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00). The inside doors remain locked, all visitors are required to check in at the front desk.
Commuter students have access to Booth campus buildings between the hours of 7:45 am and 11:00 pm
Sanitizing supplies are available in all classrooms/meeting rooms for use.

THE PUBLIC
Visitors

Visitors/guests should be met by the employee who invited them to campus, at the front desk.

Contractors
Contractors must report to Student Services Information Desk for sign-in and be met by the employee who invited them to campus.

Deliveries
Delivery courier/drivers to report to the front desk staff at Waldron and Peterson Hall. If the delivery cannot be left at the front desk, the appropriate department will be contacted.

The Booth UC COVID-19 Recovery Committee wishes to thank the Booth UC Community for its support during the past 3 years. The Committee has now been disbanded
