Why did you choose BoothUC?
I chose Booth UC because of the close relationships that can be formed with faculty and fellow students. Making new friends from different backgrounds really broadens my knowledge of other people’s cultures and ways of life.
How does the scholarship/award you received impact your life and/or your studies?
This award allows me to focus on school and perform my best without having to worry as much about finances. Receiving this award means that the school trusts me enough to invest in my studies as well, and I am honoured!
How do you plan on using your “Education for a Better World”?
I plan on helping people less fortunate than I am with the knowledge that I gain from Booth UC and hopefully improve people’s lives in the process.
