Bram Roberts graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Parks Management from Eastern Michigan University and with a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Grand Valley State University. In addition, Bram is a certified parks and recreation executive (CPRE) with the USA’s National Parks and Recreation Association.
Currently, Bram serves as the general manager for The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA. Prior to this position, Bram had the privilege of being the program director and one of the first employees hired for the Grand Rapids Kroc Center prior to its opening in 2010.
Bram’s passions include strategic planning/management, customer service, and mission integration. Most recently, Bram had the opportunity to marry two of his favorite things: Disney and customer service when he had the awesome privilege of attending Disney Institute’s ‘Disney’s Approach to Quality Service’.
Bram is married and has three children and a family dog. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying coffee, spending time at his cabin in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, or planning his next Disney vacation.
