Megan Capili

Field Liaison, Sessional Instructor

Megan is a proud alumna of Booth University College. She graduated with her MSW from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016. Her studies at WLU focused on communities, policies, programs and organizations. Megan completed her graduate practicum at Canada’s first restorative justice program, Community Justice Initiatives, working on programming for survivors of sexual trauma and people who have offended sexually. Megan has since been working at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in various roles but is currently a social worker at Riverview Health Centre in the neuro-rehabilitation units. Megan is also the owner and clinical director of her private practice, Liminal Space Therapy. Megan has been teaching at Booth University College since 2018. She has also been volunteering on the board of the North End Women’s Centre since 2016. Most importantly, Megan is the proud mom of Azazel, who she and her partner believe to be the cutest person on the planet.
