With COVID-19 still impacting our lives, many of us are choosing to, once again, limit contacts and stay home. That means you may be on the lookout for virtual events to attend. Booth UC has got you covered! Here’s a look at some of the virtual events coming this winter.
JANUARY 19, 7pm – TOOLKIT TALK
Lieut. Colonel (Dr.) Susan van Duinen presents What Makes Your Heart Sing?
It’s a new year. So let’s explore “What Makes Your Heart Sing?” This inquiry will help you get in touch with what truly gives you joy in life. It asks you, just for a moment, to imagine you’re blissfully happy and feeling true joy – free and light of all cares and worry. You can’t help but smile (within or without) and you feel relaxed and at peace with yourself and the world. You may even feel a glow from within and a spaciousness in your heart. Is this even possible in our world today?
