Frédéric Mirindi teaches ECO110 Introduction to Microeconomics and MAT100 Applied Finite Math at Booth University College. Frédéric is pursuing his PhD in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Manitoba, where he expects to complete his studies in 2028. His research combines innovative approaches in experimental economics, labour markets, and artificial intelligence.
Drawing from his rich international background, including experiences in Belgium, Prague, and Canada, Frédéric brings a global perspective to his economic research. His multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural understanding enhance his approach to economic analysis and policy recommendations.
Education
Building on his M.Sc. in Development Evaluation from the University of Antwerp, Frédéric has developed expertise in applying artificial intelligence to financial analysis. His work encompasses applications of natural language processing for corporate earnings prediction and advanced machine learning algorithms for financial market forecasting.
