Booth University College will evaluate your transfer credits from courses offered at other recognized post-secondary institutions. Whether you are coming from another Canadian university or community college, we can assess any credit earned in the previous 10 years (some exceptions apply), when the request is made at the time of application.
The length of time needed to complete the assessment may vary depending on whether or not the documentation in your file is complete, and where you studied, (e.g. institutions outside of Canada will take longer). For 3 year degree programs, up to a maximum of 45 credits may be transferred, provided those credits meet degree requirements. Students may transfer up to 60 credits to a 4 year degree including a maximum of 50% of the program requirement, and a limit of 3 credit hours at the 400 level. Transfer students are required to complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at Booth University College, with a minimum of 12 credit hours completed at the Winnipeg campus.
