Accessible Customer Service Policy
We're dedicated to making every reasonable effort to ensure an accessible environment for students and visitors with disabilities.

Booth UC will provide reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities in accordance with the Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
Service Support Animal Policy
This policy sets out the procedure for students seeking to have a Service or Support Animal in on-campus housing.

Respectful Environment
Respectful Work and Learning Environment Policy
All students and employees are expected to uphold this policy by maintaining a respectful campus environment in which all work together to prevent harassment and descrimination.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
This policy describes the zero tolerance policy for use of alcohol and drugs by Booth UC students on campus.
Scent Free Policy
The Booth University College endeavours to provide a scent-free environment for all students, staff and faculty.
Sexual Violence Prevention
We promote a safe and supportive community in which healthy relationships can thrive. In this environment, sexual violence in any form is prohibited.
Kirpan Policy
This policy affirms Booth UC’s commitment to inclusivity by recognizing the right of baptized Sikhs to wear a kirpan as part of their religious practice. It outlines the conditions under which a kirpan may be worn on campus in alignment with Manitoba Human Rights Code and Booth UC’s Respectful Workplace Policy
Transgender Policy
This policy affirms Booth UC’s commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for transgender students. It outlines rights, responsibilities, and accommodations to ensure equal access to programs, services, and facilities in keeping with Booth UC’s Respectful Environment Policies and the Manitoba Human Rights Code.
